Reserve Funds

The Huntington HOA is responsible for maintaining common elements, such as the courtyard and the swimming pool. In addition, the association is responsible for normal maintenance and periodic replacement of the exterior surfaces of the individual units. The association also does all landscape maintenance work, including in private courtyards. To that end, we maintain a reserve bank account. In 2004, the HOA hired Armstrong Consulting to prepare a 20-year plan for those reserves. That plan was updated in 2011 and again in late 2018. Below left is a link to the latest update. The link on the right brings iup a spreadsheet showing the projected details of annual contributions to the reserve fund, and projected annual expenditures.
